In my role as a postpartum doula, I provide compassionate in home support to families while also managing critical administrative responsibilities. I coordinate visit schedules, conduct intake calls to assess client needs, and connect clients with appropriate community resources. Additionally, I document care visits through detailed shift notes and maintain accurate communication logs to ensure smooth internal operations. I completed an independent fashion project in 2022, where I designed and hand-crafted a custom dress set.
